Have you ever wanted to own your own cabin on Lake Gogebic? This is your chance to experience the beauty of what Lake Gogebic has to offer while enjoying all the comforts of home. Our two homes are located on the east side of beautiful Lake Gogebic. Porcupine Point is located on over 450 feet of private Lake Gogebic frontage. This cozy cabin has comfortable accommodations for 8 to 10 people. The main living area features vaulted ceilings and a full-equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Enjoy the sunset from the great room or access the expansive deck from the living room or kitchen. There are three private bedrooms on the second level which overlook the great room. Porcupine Point has one bathroom, a private boat launch, 50-foot pier with boat lift, campfire pit, fish-cleaning station, TV/DirecTV and a long private driveway.

RATES & POLICIES

Personal checks are accepted and all rates are subject to 6% sales tax. A $300.00 security deposit is required to reserve the home. If the security deposit has not been received in 7 business days of the booking, the reservation will be cancelled. Any items, missing or broken are the renter's responsibility and will be taken out of the security deposit. Full payment due two weeks prior to the reservation date and if you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, there is a non-refundable deposit policy. Early check-outs are responsible for the total days reserved. Check-out time 10:00 AM EST and check-in time 2:00 PM EST. Due to the length of cleaning, please respect these times.
