to reserve the home.

If the security deposit has not been
received in 7 business days of the
booking, the reservation will be
cancelled.

Any items, missing or broken are the
renters responsibility and will be
taken out of the security deposit.

Full Payment due two weeks prior to
the reservation date.

If you have to cancel your
reservation for any reason, there is
a non-refundable deposit policy.

Early check-outs are responsible for
the total days reserved.
